Pickup, Delivery, & In-Store Experience
Simply bring your bottles to our store, and we will fill them on the spot. You can also pre-order and pick up your filled bottles at your convenience.
Aqua Riserva operates on a bottle exchange system. To receive delivery, you must have purchased our bottles, as we exchange full ones for empties. Before your scheduled delivery, please ensure that your empty bottles are placed outside at your requested delivery address. This allows us to complete your order efficiently and ensures a smooth delivery process.
Yes, a minimum order of $15 is required for delivery.
The delivery fee is a flat rate of $7.
If you miss your scheduled delivery, we will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, you may need to reschedule and may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
Bottle Cleaning
To maintain quality, sanitize your bottles every six months using the following method:
- Add ½ teaspoon of distilled white vinegar per gallon of water.
- Swirl the solution inside the bottle and let it sit for 3 minutes.
- Empty the solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water until no vinegar scent remains.
- Let the bottle air dry before sealing.
Water Dispensers
We recommend cleaning your water cooler every 3-4 months to maintain freshness.
- Follow these steps:
- Turn off all switches and unplug the unit.
- Wait 3 minutes, then plug it back in.
- Turn the switches back on and allow 1 hour for the unit to recalibrate.
- If the issue persists, contact Aqua Riserva for assistance.
- Empty all standing water from the dispenser.
- Unplug the unit from its power source.
- Open the drain plug and empty any remaining water.
- Leave the dispenser unplugged and dry until you are ready to use it again.
To remove mineral deposits and sanitize your dispenser, follow these steps:
Materials Needed
- 2 cups distilled white vinegar
- 1 empty 5-gallon bottle
- 1 2-gallon bucket
- Phillips head screwdriver
Cleaning Steps (For Both Top & Bottom Load Dispensers)
- Turn energy-saving switches off and unplug the unit.
- Remove the water bottle and empty any remaining water.
- Mix 2 cups of vinegar with 2 gallons of hot water and pour into an empty 5-gallon bottle.
- Insert the solution-filled bottle into the dispenser.
- Plug the unit back in and turn it on to let the solution circulate.
- After 10 minutes, unplug the unit and drain the solution.
- Rinse by refilling the bottle with fresh hot water and repeating the flushing process.
- Replace with a new Aqua Riserva water bottle and plug the unit back in.
